The Covenants and By-Laws are here for your use. Please print yourself a copy. We are working on amendments to the covenants and when they are ready we will have them avalilable here for you to print and and comment on before we vote on them. Real Estate Signs   Beginning December 14, 2007, after numerous complaints from our home owners the Board has decided to BAN ALL real estate signs at the front entrances to our community. We have had signs made and as long as there are homes for sale these signs will be up.   If you place your home on the market, please advise your real estate agent that  they are welcome to place their signs in front of your property but NOT AT THE ENTRANCES. If our signs are not out please contact a Board member and request the signs be placed out.   The Architectural and Landscape Committee will police the entrances and remove any and all signs placed at the entrances beginning 12/14/2007. We hope this move will be accepted by all residents and that this move will greatly improve the appearance of the community.   The entrances are private property, owned by the Association and we are making this move, as stated above to help make them more attractive.   Thank you for your co-operation,   Your Green Leaf HOA Board
