2010 HOA dues are $400.00 Payments are due on or before April 9, 2010 If you are in arrears on your HOA dues for 2008 and or 2009 and have been sent letters from the attorney, DO NOT send them to the HOA. You MUST send payments to the attorney to make sure any liens are removed from your property. There are also additional attorney's fee's attached that MUST be paid. If you have sent in your 2008 or 2009 dues for $400.00 you must still pay the attorney fees. If you do not, the lien will be amended to reflect the fees owed and you will still be considered to be in arrears until paid. Your HOA status will not be reinstated until all dues, attorneys and lien fee's are paid.  Please make checks payable to; Green Leaf HOA Mail to: Green Leaf HOA 3260 Fruitwood Ln.
