Please send HOA payments to the HOA address, Green Leaf HOA 3260 Fruitwood Lane Powder Springs, Ga 30127 2009 HOA dues will be $400.00 Pease make checks payable to GLHOA and send to the above address. Payments are are now past due. Those that have not paid or made arrangements to pay their 2009 HOA dues will be receiving notices in the mail. Once mailed you will have 10 days to respond before leans will be placed on your property. Please do not force us to go that far. We understand that times are hard but we all have an obligation to the community and we ask that you help out by paying you dues on time.

COMMUNITY CLEANUP The greenleaf HOA will hold a community cleanup day on May 2, 2009 beginning at 9AM. Any one willing to help out please meet at the pool by 9am. We will be picking up trash along Friendship Church on both sides from the bridge to our East to the end of the community to our West. Please come and help out.
