Please check the new POOL RULES page often. Over the winter we found that we had a few instances of vandalism in the bath rooms and with the pool equipment. Several residents have volunteered to patrol the pool at various times of the day and night. If anyone is caught damaging any HOA property they will be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law. We, the Board ask that all members report any and all acts of vandalism to a Board member for immediate legal action. We regret having to take this action but we all pay the price when this happens. Thank you all for your help and cooperation.
